The basis of your wellbeing and our success to date is, among other things, due to our employees, who form a perfectly coordinated team. Since our opening (2005) 80% of the employees in our team have remained with us to this day, although studies forecast the opposite. This means that the employees feel at ease with us, which we are proud of.
The motto of our Director, Mr. Daniel, is: “If the employee feels at ease and exudes satisfaction, this feeling is transferred to you, dear guests.”
The Alpine Wellness Hotel Residence Merano 2000 **** is not a family-owned operation and also does not, as many think, belong to a hotel chain, but rather, it is an independently run hotel.
One of our most important strengths is our employees, from the trainee, right up to the Director. We are all committed to our concept and philosophy, inspire you on a daily basis with our charm and friendliness, score points with you through our technical knowledge, which is constantly expanded in seminars and workshops. We are polite and accommodating, but by no means pushy, as the professional distance to you, to the guests, is maintained.
The communication between our departments is perfect and all employees take pleasure in satisfying you, from the sincere welcome, over the cleanliness in the apartment suites, right up to the quality-conscious service, restaurant and kitchen.
