The philosophy of our Chef Christian Mohr and his team is based on an Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine.  
Your health is very important to us, also regarding nutrition, so our motto is: “fresh and light”, “cooked, gently and naturally” and “a feast for the eyes”.

Enjoy a substantial, varied breakfast buffet…
Already look forward to a substantial breakfast buffet in the morning, with fresh rolls, homemade jam, pastries, fresh from the oven, original, South Tyrolean cheese, sausage and ham. Our Natural Anti Aging Corner tempts you with various types of yoghurt, organic muesli, seeds, nuts and dried fruits, fresh fruit and homemade fruit salad.
It becomes traditional with a South Tyrolean farmer’s breakfast, with smoked sausages, egg omelette, Tyrolean cheese and bacon. You can have a sporty start with the fit-into-the-day breakfast, with freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. You can enjoy bubbly Prosecco and smoked salmon, with the sparkling wine breakfast.

Read the Morgengruß while drinking a cup of coffee or tea from the varied tea buffet - it contains brilliant tips and you can already look forward to dinner when glancing at the culinary menu selection.  
Don’t worry, you do not need to decide right away, as you will have time until the evening to find the right thing for you. Our younger guests can satisfy their hunger with the delicious children’s menu or choose from the children’s buffet.

Our culinary artists attach particular importance to creativity, when arranging the plates and buffet variations.

Our sommelier will be pleased to advise you on the appropriate glass of wine for the evening menu. It will become interesting for the wine aficionado, during a wine tasting with the Director, Mr. Daniel. He will guide you to the world of the South Tyrolean and Italian wines.
Your evening can be ended with a fruity cocktail in the fireplace lounge “sit down” in a pleasant atmosphere.
