Restaurant Imago

The restaurant Imago with its show kitchen serves sumptuous treats for the taste-buds at a lavish breakfast buffet and from a multi-course evening meal menu.

The breathtaking view through the glass facade or from the restaurant terrace perfectly complements the whole fine dining experience. Every day top chef Peter Jungbauer spoils guests with a themed salad buffet, regional Mediterranean, Asian and vegetarian cuisine, rounded off with delicious desserts and a selection of fine cheeses.

In the evening look forward to culinary delights in a variety of forms. You have three options:

The Falstaff Restaurant Guide 2010 named the Imago as one of the best restaurants in Burgenland awarding it one fork. In March 2006, the Austrian daily newspaper Kurier paid tribute to our successful chef and his team when the restaurant was chosen as the top restaurant among the 5 best Wellness Hotel Restaurants.

SPA - Bistro

The SPA Bistro with its large lounge area on the terrace is an informal annex to the resort restaurant. Light and tasty – the perfect cuisine for a wellness holiday. These are the Mediterranean delicacies we serve in our totally redesigned bistro, on the pool terrace and in the entire Balance Garden.

Wia z'Haus

To supplement the hotel offerings, the Balance Resort Stegersbach also boasts a traditional, Burgenland restaurant:  The Wia z´Haus. At the foot of the hill on which the hotel is situated, this traditional restaurant is just a few minutes away on foot and serves regional delicacies and traditional dishes.

All food and beverages consumed here can be added to your room bill, so you can easily drop by for refreshments if you’re out walking but have no cash in your pocket.

Artrium Bar

For a very special atmosphere: On the one side a breathtaking panoramic view through floor-to-ceiling windows and from the generously proportioned bar terrace, on the other side, a six-storey, glazed atrium. In the middle the bar. Ask for your favourite cocktail, prepared just the way you like it. In the evening you can enjoy your drink to the accompaniment of live music.

Cigar lounge

Austria’s largest hotel selection of Cuban cigars is sold in the Balance Resort Stegersbach. Ask for the humidor specially created for the Balance Resort Stegersbach – and enjoy that perfect cigar moment. A superb selection of international rum varieties, single malts and matched cocktails round off the delights offered by the Cigar Lounge.

Vinotheque

The famous red wines of southern Burgenland were the inspiration for the Vinotheque, which is stocked mainly with Austrian wines. As well as some prized examples of local wines, the Vinotheque also sells regional delicacies to take home. Wine lovers and connoisseurs will be overwhelmed by the large selection and expertise of our wine waiter.
