We will secure your reservation upon receipt of your deposit amounting to 15% of the total amount within two weeks of booking.
Cancellation policy
28 days or more before arrival: 10%, 27 to 22 days: 20%, 21 to 15 days: 30%, 14 to 7 days: 45%, 6 to 1 day: 75%, no-show: 100% (the percentages indicated apply to the total price).
General contract conditions
All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made in writing. Tour operators must forward bookings to the hotel immediately.
