Currency information

Please note that the Czech Republic is not a member of the monetary union and that our prices in EUR are charged at a fixed conversion rate. Payment at the hotel can be made either in euros or Czech koruna. The conversion of euros to the local currency, the koruna, involves different exchange rates and commission fees.

Important for credit card payments: Credit card payments made at the hotel are charged exclusively in koruna – these payments are subject to varying exchange rates as well as additional fees charged by the credit institutions involved. Please understand that, due to this fact, which is beyond our control, there may be substantial differences between the amount on your invoice and the actual amount you are charged by the credit card company.
