RESIDENCE HOTEL MERANO 2000 **** BONUSES

Have you already stayed in our Alpine Wellness Hotel Residence Merano 2000 before?
In this case we will be happy to grant you a special regular guest discount of 3% on the summer hotel rates, if you stay with us at least 7 nights incl. half-board.

ALPINE-WELLNESS SERVICES FOR A FEE:

Single occupancy:
Our apartment-suites can be booked for single occupancy at an extra charge of € 25.00 per day.

Dogs:
We charge € 12.00 per day (without food) for your four-legged friend. We kindly ask you to understand that animals have no access to the dining room, the health & fitness area, the lawn and the children’s playground. 

Pick-up service:
We can pick you up for free at the Merano railway station. If you want us to pick you up from Bolzano, we make a charge of € 30.00.

Babysitting:
A qualified nanny is available on request to take care of your children at an hourly rate of € 15.00.

Wine sampling:
Discover the world of South Tyrolean wines. Our weekly wine tasting session in the vinotheque gives you the opportunity to convince yourself of the high quality of South Tyrolean and international wines.
Service charge: € 18.00 per person. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Bookings:
A firm booking requires written confirmation via e-mail, fax or post from the Residence Hotel Merano 2000****. Please make a deposit into the following account:

Cancellation:
Please inform us in time if you have to cancel your holiday. You can cancel your stay within 30 days before arrival without penalty. In the event of short-notice cancellation, early departure or no-show, 70% of the agreed rate will be charged. We recommend to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Bed & Breakfast:
If you arrange to stay on a Bed & Breakfast basis, the half-board price is reduced by € 15.00 per person per day and by € 10.00 per additional person or child per day.

Arrival and departure:
Your apartment-suite is available from 3 pm on the arrival day; we kindly ask you to vacate it by 11 am on the departure day. Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 6 pm, otherwise we reserve the right to re-let the apartment after 8 pm.

Late check-out:
If you wish to check out later (until 5 pm), please check with the reception if this is possible. We charge a supplement of € 45.00 per apartment-suite.  

Payment:
You can settle your hotel bill with EC- or credit card (we don’t accept Diners and American Express). Please check with your bank to make sure your card works internationally and find out the daily limit.

No smoking:
We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment-suites and in all public areas. You can have a cigarette on the terrace and on the balconies. 

Room number:
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a certain floor, position or room number within a specific room category.

Apartment without meals:
Please contact us if you want to book an apartment-suite without meals. As far as possible, we will be pleased to make you an individual offer. This option can be given in low season only.
